Event Policies & Guest Guidelines

To keep Pokoee Card & Gaming Expo fun, safe, and welcoming for everyone, all attendees are expected to treat fellow guests, vendors, staff, and cosplayers with respect at all times. Any form of harassment, threatening behavior, or repeated disruption may result in immediate removal from the event and possible restriction from future shows.

Cosplay & Photography

Please remember that wearing a costume does not automatically give permission for photos or videos. Always ask before photographing or filming another guest.

Prohibited Items

Dangerous items are not allowed inside the event, including functioning weapons, realistic firearms, sharp metal props, or anything staff considers unsafe. Security checks may be conducted on bags and personal belongings upon entry.

Family-Friendly Environment

Pokoee Card & Gaming Expo welcomes attendees of all ages. Outfits, signage, or behavior that contain hateful, discriminatory, or excessively adult material may not be permitted inside the venue.

Smoking, Alcohol & Vaping

The use of alcohol, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or vaping devices inside the Lakeshore Center is prohibited during the event.

Entry & Wristbands

Guests may leave and return throughout the day provided their event wristband remains attached and visible.

Venue Respect

All attendees must follow venue policies and cooperate with instructions given by Lakeshore Center employees and event staff members.

Animals

Only trained service animals recognized under applicable guidelines are permitted inside the convention.

Large Props & Displays

Oversized cosplay accessories or displays that interfere with walkways, crowd movement, vendor spaces, or guest safety may be restricted at staff discretion.

Food & Drinks

Guests should follow all Lakeshore Center food and beverage policies while attending the event. Anyone ignoring venue rules may be removed from both the property and convention.

Staff Authority

Event management reserves the right to deny entry or remove any individual whose conduct is considered unsafe, inappropriate, aggressive, or disruptive to the event experience.
